For in-person masterclasses and training courses, the ticket price includes full instruction, course materials, and catering (lunch and coffee breaks) on all training days. Travel and accommodation are not included — participants are responsible for their own arrangements.
Yes. After registering, you will be asked to share any dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or other considerations so we can accommodate you.
Yes. Participants receive electronic copies of all course materials. A full agenda is provided to registered participants ahead of the training.

Absolutely. Our North American programs are led by Mobycon’s local staff and experts who work daily with Canadian and U.S. clients. Dutch principles are always translated to fit local regulations (e.g., MUTCD, TAC, AASHTO, highway traffic acts) and illustrated with North American examples. For European programs, similar localization applies.
Our masterclasses are intensive in-person programs (typically 1–2 days) combining expert instruction, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies. Training courses are more structured educational programs, often with a curriculum component and professional development focus. Webinars are shorter, online sessions focused on a specific topic — accessible from anywhere in the world.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 or more days before the event start date.
- No refunds are available for cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event.
- Substitutions are welcome at any time.
- If Mobycon cancels or postpones an event, registered participants will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.
